Return and Refund Policy

If the item you purchased isn't a keeper, no worries babe, we will happily let you return it. We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. Unworn, unused and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please be mindful of your makeup, deodorant and perfume when trying items on and try not to get these on the clothes. Any items being returned marked or smelling of fragrances will not be accepted.

To start a return, you can contact us at bitch@mail.comIf your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not refund the cost of postage and packaging.
