Is there anywhere I can try clothes on before purchasing?

We are an online boutique. However if you pop and see us at one of our Pop Up Shops there may be an opportunity to try items on.

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your items to us in an unworn, unused & unwashed state. Items must be in original packaging with tags still attached. You may request a refund or exchange at the price you bought them for. We do not offer refunds on postage. For more information please see our RETURNS POLICY

Do you offer any discounts or run any giveaways?

Of course we do! Follow our Facebook or Instagram pages for offers and competitions 

 How will I receive my order?

We post your order via Royal Mail OR DPD the same day you order. In some instances if the Post Office is closed it will be the next working day. We send our parcels using a First Class, Signed For service.

We offer a free collection service from Stourbridge DY8  However you MUST email us once your order is confirmed to arrange a collection date and time. You cannot turn up to collect your order without arranging prior.
